This market-leading Employment team advises prestigious clients across both private and public sectors on their most complex and sensitive employment matters. The team delivers strategic counsel on business-critical issues including:

What You'll Do

Work closely with Partners on high-profile employment matters, including:

  • Handling sophisticated Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
  • Providing strategic advice on business-critical employment issues
  • Leading complex cross-border projects, including restructurings and compliance initiatives

While full support and supervision are provided, senior lawyers are encouraged to manage their own caseloads and build strong client relationships. The role offers significant autonomy and opportunities to shape your practice, engage in business development, and build a professional reputation in the market.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong academic background
  • Legal training in a City or comparable firm
  • Experience handling complex employment matters, including restrictive covenant injunctions and employee competition issues
  • Exposure to employment advisory work, litigation, and transactional matters

Desirable:

  • Flexibility across a broad range of employment issues
  • Ability to manage complex matters and clients with strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent technical legal knowledge and drafting ability
  • Clear, practical, and commercially astute advice
