Position Overview
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the execution of large-scale electricity transmission infrastructure projects. This role involves managing engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage contract deliverables, schedules, and performance metrics
  • Develop and implement contract compliance strategies
  • Handle claims, change orders, and contract-related disputes
  • Collaborate with legal, engineering, and project management teams
  • Provide strategic input on project decisions and risk mitigation

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, development, or energy fields
  • Familiarity with EPC, design-build, and design-bid-build contracts
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • J.D. or Bachelor's in Construction Management, Business, or related field
  • Experience with utility-scale infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of the power generation and electric utility industries
