This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate transactional attorney with 8+ years of experience to step into a high-impact role, advising clients on a wide range of matters including entity formation, governance, M&A, and joint ventures.

About the Role
- Advise clients on corporate transactional matters including entity creation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures
- Work closely with shareholders and associates in a tight-knit, high-performing team
- Opportunity to fill a strategic gap left by a former tax specialist
- High volume of incoming work with strong business development support
- Collaborate across departments and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in corporate transactional law
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills
- Ability to manage complex transactions independently
- Interest in mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to team growth
- Florida Bar admission preferred or willingness to obtain
- Candidates from outside Orlando are welcome, but long-term relocation is preferred
