Senior Contract Manager
A leading healthcare products distributor is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to support the organization's contracting function. This high-visibility role will manage complex commercial agreements to align with the organization's business goals and strategies. In this position you will report directly to the Director of Legal Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements including, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, MSAs, distribution agreements, purchase orders and more.
- Maintain and update contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and alternative provisions in partnership with attorneys.
- Manage contracts and related documentation across the full contract lifecycle using the company's contract management system.
- Ensure agreements accurately reflect business terms and protect the company's interests.
- Provide guidance on existing contracts, identify and communicate risks, and support issue resolution under attorney supervision.
- Support contract operations by maintaining data integrity, auditing archived agreements, and managing legacy contracts.
- Oversee contract execution using e-signature tools and help implement governance, process improvements, and template updates in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree and 5+ years of relevant contract management and/or legal operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management.
