About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support legal notices, correspondence, and documentation related to enforcement of contractual obligations.
- Assist in resolving disputes by coordinating communications with internal teams, tenants, outside counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct due diligence, analyze contract provisions, and summarize key terms impacting operational or legal decisions.
- Support litigation matters by tracking case activity, preparing evaluations, coordinating filings, and assisting with enforcement actions and collections.
- Respond to records requests, support legal hold processes, and assist with document preservation related to claims and investigations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program required.
- Significant experience as a litigation and/or real estate paralegal, preferably in commercial or landlord‑tenant matters.
