Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law and/or commercial litigation, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and a proactive approach to client service.
Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy and client communications
- Maintain compliance with firm policies and client expectations
Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing
- 3-8 years of litigation experience
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
