Eine renommierte internationale Wirtschaftskanzlei sucht zur weiteren Verstärkung ihrer Arbeitsrechtspraxis einen Senior Associate oder Counsel (m/w/d).
Die Kanzlei berät führende Unternehmen, Investoren und internationale Konzerne bei komplexen arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und ist insbesondere in grenzüberschreitenden Projekten, Restrukturierungen sowie transaktionsbezogenen Mandaten hervorragend positioniert.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Beratung im Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrecht
- Begleitung von Restrukturierungen und Transformationsprojekten
- Unterstützung bei Unternehmenstransaktionen
- Verhandlungen mit Betriebsräten und Arbeitnehmervertretungen
- Beratung nationaler und internationaler Unternehmen im Tagesgeschäft
- Aktive Mitwirkung am weiteren Ausbau der Praxis
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsrecht
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrecht
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Mandanten von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
