A leading law firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate (3-4 years of experience) to join its Atlanta office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex insurance coverage disputes and high-level litigation matters involving a broad range of coverage issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and advise on complex insurance coverage matters, including CGL, umbrella, and excess policies
- Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation and dispute resolution
- Draft motions, pleadings, coverage opinions, and other legal documents
- Manage and support complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Work closely with clients and colleagues in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of insurance litigation experience
- Experience handling complex litigation matters and insurance coverage disputes
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of substantive matters
