Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cases from initial intake through resolution, including trial preparation
- Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, and manage discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions, and represent clients in court appearances
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case management
- Maintain direct communication with clients to provide updates and guidance
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license
- Minimum 3+ years of civil litigation experience (general liability preferred)
- Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
