Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents
- Advise on governance, joint ventures, restructurings, and shareholder matters
- Manage deal timelines and communications across stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues across various teams and offices
- Engage directly with clients and opposing counsel to urgently move transactions forward
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in public M&A
- Strong academic credentials and bar admission in good standing
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
- Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence
