Litigation Attorney
An outstanding opportunity is available for a Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic and growing team in Tampa. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-stakes products liability matters for some of the nation's most prominent Fortune 500 clients.
Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex products liability litigation
- Assist with all phases of litigation, including:
- Case strategy development
- Discovery and depositions
- Motion practice
- Trial preparation
- Partner with senior attorneys on sophisticated, high-value matters
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school (required)
- 1-5 years of litigation experience (commercial litigation or products liability preferred)
- Licensed in Florida (preferred) or eligible for admission
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Federal clerkship experience is a plus
