  • Supporting multi-jurisdictional litigation strategies alongside international counsel.
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, expert instructions, and substantive legal submissions.
  • Advising clients on IP portfolio protection, enforcement strategies, and risk management.
  • Working closely with technology, life sciences, healthcare, telecommunications, and other innovation-driven businesses.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across regulatory, commercial, data protection, competition, and corporate practices where disputes overlap.
  • Participating in client development, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in intellectual property litigation from a recognised private practice team.
  • Demonstrable experience handling patent litigation matters.

  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and take ownership of key workstreams.
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in innovation-led industries.
