A prestigious AmLaw firm is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Litigation Counsel to join its highly regarded litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex civil disputes across a wide range of subject areas, representing major corporations, institutions, and high-profile clients in state and federal courts.

Senior Civil Litigation Counsel Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex civil litigation matters, including tort, product liability, personal injury defense, and other high-stakes disputes.
  • Develop case strategy, oversee discovery, draft and argue motions, and prepare for trial.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on litigation risk and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with partners and mentor junior attorneys to ensure exceptional client service.

Senior Civil Litigation Counsel Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • 7+ years of civil litigation experience at a top law firm or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale cases and supervise teams.
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Active Bar License.
