What You'll Do
You'll work on sophisticated, high‑stakes labor & employment matters alongside some of the most accomplished practitioners in the field-supporting employers through cutting‑edge litigation, counseling, compliance, and workplace strategy matters across industries. Expect a fast‑moving environment where your ideas matter and where you'll immediately build relationships with major national and global clients.
What We're Looking For
- 2-7 years of litigation experience (labor & employment experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Admission to practice in Colorado
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset
- A passion for partnering with employers on their most complex workplace challenges
Compensation
Pursuant to Colorado regulation, the annual base salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000 with flexibility, plus eligibility for performance‑based bonuses. Actual pay within the range will depend on experience, education, skills, and other job‑related factors.
