A top‑tier, nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice is seeking a mid‑level L&E Associate (4-7 years) to join its team across San Francisco and Los Angeles (Century City / Downtown). Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including:
    • Single‑plaintiff disputes
    • Wage & hour matters
    • Class and collective actions
    • Discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims
  • Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, client counseling, and high‑stakes litigation matters
  • Take on increasing responsibility and ownership of cases over time

Key Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • Active California Bar membership
  • 4-7 years of employment litigation experience
  • Experience with wage & hour, class actions, or complex employment disputes preferred
  • Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: Approximately $305,000 to $360,000, depending on experience and alignment
  • Annual merit increases and bonus potential
