London

Phaidon International, parent company of Larson Maddox, opens its first office space in central London.

2011

Singapore

First APAC office launched in Singapore, ensuring on the ground services to clients and candidates.

2013

New York

The first U.S. based office opened in New York in 2013, beginning the story of rapid growth across North America. Expansion also continued across Europe, with our Zurich office opening as well in 2013.

2014

Hong Kong

APAC office presence expanded with the opening of our Hong Kong location.

2015

San Francisco

West Coast presence established with new office opening in San Francisco, CA. Phaidon International (parent company of Larson Maddox), ranked as the 3rd fastest growing staffing firm in North America by Staffing Industry Analysts.

2016

Boston & Chicago

Expansion across North America continues with office openings in Boston, MA and Chicago, IL. Phaidon International also ranks again on the 2016 list of Fastest Growing Staffing Firms in North America by Staffing Industry analysts.

2017

Dallas

The Dallas office opened in 2017, establishing our presence in the booming Southern region of the U.S. We also were named a Best Staffing Firm to Work for in North America 2017 by Staffing Industry Analysts.

2018

Berlin

European presence expanded with office opening in Berlin, Germany. Phaidon International (parent company of Larson Maddox) is recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as the 13th largest direct hire firm globally.

2019

Charlotte

Presence in the U.S. Southern region expanded with opening of the Charlotte, NC office. Phaidon International (parent company of Larson Maddox), listed on the Inc 500 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in America 2019.

2020

Los Angeles

U.S. West Coast presence expanded with the launch of the Los Angeles, CA office. Staffing Industry Analysts names Phaidon International (parent company of Larson Maddox) on the list of Largest Global Direct Hire Firms 2020, as well as in the Top 10 Fastest Growing Staffing Firms in North America.

2021

Larson Maddox Launched

Larson Maddox launched in September 2021, bringing together regulatory and legal talent partners from within the existing Phaidon International group of brands into their own new brand. Drawing on years of experience supporting clients across several industries, these specialists continued to secure talent across experience to senior executive roles in regulatory and legal functions.
