Larson Maddox is partnered with a global investment bank who is looking for a VP to join their Change Management Team. You will work with multiple divisions within the company in order to manage the Regulatory Change Management Team issues. This position is a VP level role that reports to the Director of the Change Management Team. This role is still posted as it has multiple headcount open,
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze any alerts put out by relevant regulatory bodies and ascertain possible impacts to the company's activities.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to contribute to a deeper understanding of any potential impacts a regulatory change may ensue.
- Keep track and up to date with any pertinent regulatory updates and support any projects by acting as a subject matter expert.
- Help with the improvement and continuation of policy and procedures of Change Management activities.
- Support the Change Management Governance process by preparing key metrics in order to ensure sufficient internal and external reporting.
- Contribute to the development of the Change Management RegTech tool.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. Masters or JD preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience within financial services within the regulatory, compliance, governance, legal, or similar department.
- Previous regulator/compliance/legal background.
- Extensive knowledge of the regulators such as the OCC, CFTC, NFA, FINRA, SEC, etc.
- Experience analyzing regulations and laws.
- An understanding of Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
