Responsibilities
- Support the business including relating to the creation of new funds, existing funds, sub-advised and managed account products
- Expertise in the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and various regulations applicable to the operation of registered funds
Qualifications
- 5+ years of legal experience at a top tier law firm or in house
- JD Required
- Experience advising on complex transactions is preferred
