Description
- Advise business as to the viability, vision, and strategy of digital products and services, specifically digital payments
- Drafting legal agreements and disclosures used in digital channels
- Mitigating risk related to anti-trust, data use, ADA, TCPA, UDAAP/UDAP, and GLBA
- Provide ongoing support to business clients and Commercial Bank Legal team
- Manage outside counsel
Qualifications
- J.D. and admission to a state bar
- 7+ years of legal experience at law firm, fintech or large bank
- Knowledge of state and federal laws related to digital payments and/or technology matters
