Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including professional service agreements, software licenses, data licenses, NDAs, MSAs, and other technology agreements
- Advise on regulatory inquiries and serve as a support point for the Compliance Department
- Advise stakeholders of potential risks in contractual areas and propose risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- J.D. and admission to a state bar
- 5+ years of legal experience within corporate practice
- Top tier law firm or Big 4 background preferred
