A well-known company in the telecommunications space is looking for a Trademark Paralegal! This position will be working alongside the legal team based out of their offices in Madison, Wisconsin. You will be responsible for…
- Managing all aspects of trademark portfolio docketing
- Prepare USPTO submissions to support domestic trademark application preparation and filing
- Coordinate the execution, notarization, and legalization of documents for submission in trademark matters
You should have the following qualifications…
- 3+ years of experience as a trademark/copyright paralegal (paralegal certificate helpful but not required)
- Hands-on experience in managing and docketing trademark portfolio is strongly preferred
- Proven ability with docketing deadlines, and creating reports from a trademark records database
