A boutique firm providing specialized tax strategies for clients is looking to bring on a Tax Specialist. This Specialist will maintain a consistent relationship with firm clients to mitigate risk and reduce tax liability on an ongoing basis.
Title: Tax Specialist
Location: Remote (2-3 times/month in office)
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult clients based on individual financial and tax needs
- Synthesize complication financial jargon into actionable feedback easily digestible to clients
- Monitor and relay tax implications on financial investments and decisions
- Keep to date with GAAP literature and policy/regulatory changes in the space
Key Requirements:
- Must hold CPA
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Prior experience in an analytical tax position
- Knowledge of tax laws & regulations at local, state, and federal level
