The Senior Patent Counsel will be responsible for:
- Managing the global intellectual property portfolio for in-licensed and solely owned IP.
- Oversee worldwide patent preparation and prosecution.
- Work directly with Commercial and Business Development (BD) teams to determine IP opportunities and manage the IP lifecycle.
- Advise, lead and implement IP strategy with the Research and Development (R&D) teams on a range of related intellectual property issues.
The Senior Patent Counsel should have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to any state bar.
- 3+ years of experience as an attorney.
- Candidates with in-house and/or law firm experience welcome.
- Life Sciences industry experience preferred.
