You will be responsible for…
- Client relationship building and management through advisement on regulatory updates, completion of compliance documents and contract amendments
- Oversee and prepare SEC filings, client registration statements, and committee materials for board meetings
- Draft company contract amendments for client services
- Prepare and file regulatory service documents such as new funds/trusts, information statements and Form N-14 documents
- Collaborate with various partners and departments to achieve required workload
You should have the following qualifications…
- 7+ years of experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940
- J.D. and admission to at least one state bar
- Experience in registered fund administration/advisement
- Understanding of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 is preferred
