Job Requirements
- Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Provide compliance advisory and training to internal stakeholders to promote and enhance company compliance culture
- Develop, implement and maintain compliance programme
- Stay up to date with relevant regulatory requirements and developments to advise and guide to implement compliant policies and procedures
- Conduct reviews and approval of policies and framework documentation
- Management of regulatory changes inclusive of identifying, managing and implementing new initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree holder in finance, economics or law is preferred
- 8+ years of relevant compliance experiences in an investment bank or securities firm is highly preferred
- Well-versed in the Australian regulations
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
