As Legal Counsel you will be able to join a growing and motivated team while being responsible for providing legal advice on all commercial, transactional, and general compliance matters with their businesses.
You will be responsible for…
- Draft and negotiation various agreements including operational and maintenance agreements and construction agreements
- Project management for matters within the wind and solar space
- Legal research within the industry
- Ensure compliance of all relevant regulatory updates on federal, state, and local levels
You should have the following qualifications…
- Minimum of 4 years legal experience within the renewables space within a top tier law firm or in-house company in the financial services space
- Experience with contracts and drafting
- Exposure within engineering a plus
- Must be based or ready to relocate to Denver
