A highly established financial institution based in Chicago, focusing on digital assets storage, is currently seeking a Regulatory Licensing, Response and Examination Manager to lead their Regulatory team in a remote position. Your primary role will be directing all state licenses for the company and its associates.

The Regulatory Licensing, Response and Examination Manager will be responsible for…​
- Guiding regulatory examinations and licensing efforts
- Compiling both quarterly and annual reports
- Conveying business and compliance practices to state examiners
- Steering and making suggestions for all remediation efforts for examination exit reports
- Reporting to either the US CCO or Director of Licensing and Examinations
The Regulatory Licensing, Response and Examination Manager should have the following qualifications: ​
- Bachelor's Degree required but MBA/JD is welcomed
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services
- Previous experience completing audit solicitations and regulatory examinations
- Over 2 years experience in AML/KYC
- Previous involvement with MSB's; money transmitters a plus
