A Global Multi-Energy company is looking to find a Regulatory Specialist based out of the Houston, TX office. This position will serve as the SME for Texas energy regulations to ensure the company meets compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Texas energy regulation protocols and market activities
- Research, develop, and implement compliance controls
- Monitor and interpret state and federal regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field (Advanced Degree is a plus)
- 4-6 years' experience within compliance and commodity trading
- Experience within ERCOT market or other state equivalent
