A commercial real estate firm with projects across 40 states and properties valued up to 250 million is looking to add an experienced real estate attorney to their team! This individual will have the opportunity to work directly with engineering and development professionals and advise the greater business.
Responsibilities:
- Advise team on all phases of commercial real estate development, from site identification, acquisition, due diligence, title review, tenanting, construction, contracting, financing, through disposition
- Negotiating and drafting letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, estoppels, SNDA's and similar documents; conducting closings
- Analyzing due diligence, including title, survey, environmental and other reports
- Identifying and mitigating risk exposure for the company
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- JD and admitted to state bar
- Big Law background preferred
