Real Estate Associate or Of Counsel

The Associate or Of Counsel will be responsible for:
- Negotiating commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and financing structures.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating: asset purchase agreements, bond documents, carryback notes, development agreements, disclosures, estoppels, guaranty agreements, leases, loan documents, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and SNDAs.
- Perform due diligence and assist with ancillary matters in connection with such projects, including feasibility studies, insurance compliance, legal, regulatory and tax compliance, risk assessment, and title review.
The Associate or Of Counsel should have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor
- 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Mid-sized to BigLaw experience a plus
- Project management skills
