Key Responsibilities:
Examining and negotiating various project contracts that include maintenance and operation agreements and construction agreements
Legal research pertaining to renewable energy projects
Project management of activities within the wind and solar energy space
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience in handling renewable energy project-level contracts
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical abilities, leadership skills, and strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
