The Legal Counsel - Consumer Products will be responsible for:
- Assist and generate commercial partnerships with major business partners in a variety of industries.
- Generate regulatory and legal solutions as part of the Consumer Payment Method group.
- Fulfill the role of being a global point-of-contact in the consumer payment space.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience at a law firm or in-house with finance companies.
- JD with Bar admission in Ohio or New York from an ABA-accredited school.
- Quality experience in product regulations, extensive knowledge of consumer credit regulation, and card issuance.
