Responsibilities:
- Support the legal team with agreements translations and bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare internal training materials for other departments to raise internal legal and compliance awareness
- Manage regulatory licensing and regulatory filings
- Prepare KYC documentations and liaise with service providers on procedures improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above
- 4+ years of experience in legal or compliance in law firms or asset managers
- Organised and ability to work independently
- Team player with excellent communications skills
- Fluency in Chinese and English
