Our Client is a rapidly growing, global biotech looking to add a Director Level Products Counsel to the legal team. This role operates on a hybrid model two days a week, right outside of Manhattan. This is an amazing opportunity to join and expanding global company and work cross functionally with the global commercial business units.
As the Lead Products Counsel, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of commercial law to lead the expansion of this global biotech in the US. You will provide expert guidance on marketing materials, contract negotiations, pricing and transparency and support the medical affairs committee, sales team and the marketing team. Your sharp eye for detail and ability to identify potential risks will ensure that the company operates within all legal boundaries while maximizing beneficial opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on promotional and non-promotional materials.
- Advise in compliance to pharma regulatory and marketing matters.
- Support medical, marketing and sales teams.
- Assist with new product launches in biosimilars and biologics space.
- Work alongside commercial team in the US and abroad.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership to the New York or New Jersey State Bar.
- 5+ years of experience with commercialization in pharma or biotech.
- In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, HIPAA, PhRMA Code, and Stark Law, as well as an understanding of emerging trends and challenges in the biotech industry.
