The Large Molecule Senior IP Counsel position will be responsible to:
- Support the development of strategies to protect intellectual property assets
- Large molecule patent prosecution
- Assist with contract negotiations for IP provisions and IP agreement review related to discovery, investments, development and commercial programs, and M&A activities
- Provide support to IP litigation
- Represent IP and establish positive working relationships with discovery and development project teams by advising a variety of IP related issues including publication reviews, IP agreement negotiation and support, and other IP issues that arise in usual course of business
The Large Molecule Senior IP Counsel position should have the following qualifications:
- Technical experience in biology
- Degree in biology or related scientific degree
- 6+ years of experience practicing intellectual property law
- Experience handling IPRs, opposition proceedings or litigation
- Juris Doctorate degree
