We are partnered with a national client looking to bring on a hybrid Associate or Counsel for their Labor Relations team in Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with varying levels of experience to assume a significant role on all aspects of labor and employment law. 4+ years of experience with labor law is required.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients and handle labor relations issues such as labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, union campaigns, and more
- Advise clients on labor and employment laws and regulations
- Manage contact with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel
- Willingness to travel to clients located in a different city or state
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in labor law
- Experience advising clients on labor laws
- J.D. from an accredited university with excellent academic credentials
- Ability to practice law in Washington
