A prestigious national client is seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join their collaborative team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5+ years of practice experience and hold an active Illinois Bar license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent both public and private employers in cases involving unfair labor practices, employee misconduct discipline, collective bargaining, and labor arbitrations.
- Provide comprehensive employment counseling on a wide range of issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.
- Engage directly with clients, demonstrating the ability to think on your feet and deliver practical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of practice experience.
- Active Illinois Bar license.
- Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, initiative, and motivation.
- Strong desire to grow and develop a legal practice.
- Knowledge of police officer and firefighter disciplinary acts is a plus.
Salary Range: $170k - $200k
