Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle ESI (electronically stored information) discovery
- Collaborate with team members on complex employment litigation matters
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for a background in employment law, restrictive covenants, or trade secrets
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Admission to the Arizona Bar is required
