One of the renowned investment strategies firms is looking for a young, independent and captivating talent to join their legal team to assist in dealing with on-shore investments and local regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with the team and report directly to the Head of Transactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be PRC qualified
- Have at least 2-3 PQE, and experienced in M&A, Private Equity, Debt and Equity Financing and Funds related work
- Preferred to have experience
- Fluent in Chinese and Mandarin, English is a must
- Working experience within private practice or in-house positions is an advantage
