The Head of Legal Ops will be responsible for:
- Oversee the Legal Department (legal/compliance/gov affairs), with direct management over the Legal Operations team.
- Increase efficiency and productivity of Legal Department through maintaining and updating current systems.
- Work extremely close to top level executives on budgeting and forecasting.
The Head of Legal Ops should have the following qualifications:
- 10-12 years of Legal Operations experience, with a preference for those with experience at a large biotech/ pharma company.
- Law degree not required but a plus.
