A major retailer is looking to bring on a Corporate Counsel to join the team and support the Sales, Marketing & Global Business functions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal marketing & sales teams to counsel and advise on marketing content including website posts, online campaigns, promotions, sweepstakes, and press releases
- Review and advise on B2C sales and marketing materials
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including marketing agreements, sponsorship agreements, licensing agreements, and website development agreements
- Ensure compliance with trademark, copyright, consumer protection, and advertising laws
Requirements
- JD required
- 4+ years of experience in Media, Marketing and/or Advertising
- BigLaw experience preferred, in-house experince a plus
