Requirements:
* Qualified PRC or U.S. lawyer with at least 10 years of post qualification experience
* Possess solid experience from an international law firm and in-house positions in a similar sector
* To assist in litigation, advice, and general work
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to liaise effectively with internal clients at all levels and able to balance the interests of all stakeholders
* Have excellent command of both English and Chinese languages
