This Firm is looking for a junior to mid-level associate to join its growing Investment Management Group, specifically within its trading and markets space. This space the candidate would be working in at the intersection of technology and asset management and counsels advisers and asset managers, broker-dealers, exchanges, and transfer agents with respect to regulatory and compliance, transactions, product counseling, and the use of innovative technology, including distributed ledger technology. Matters within the duties of this role include working with clients on the trading aspects of crypto along with digital securities and advising emerging companies within the space.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity and knowledge of the Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA rules.
