Salary: $200,000-$275,000

The Cross-Border Employment Counsel Responsibilities:
- Offer legal and strategic advice to organizations about employment practices and regulations in different countries.
- Prepare and review employment contracts, agreements, and related documents, ensuring they comply with local laws and are fair to both parties.
- Facilitate negotiations between employees and employers regarding cross-border employment terms.
The Cross-Border Employment Counsel Qualifications:
- 5+ minimum years of labor and employment experience.
- Cross-border experience required.
- In-house experience a plus.
