Responsibilities

• Support internal legal and transactional teams responsible for acquiring, financing, leasing, developing, and selling a unique array of real estate assets
• Partner with outside counsel to swiftly and efficiently close deals and to implement the terms and structure negotiated by the Company's acquisition and transaction teams
• Draft and negotiate legal documents associated with the real estate transaction process (e.g. purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents) while working collaboratively with internal team members to effectuate agreed upon terms and structure
• Provide guidance and support in structuring strategic partnerships and complicated transactions
• Work with internal stakeholders and cultivate and supervise outside counsel for each transaction
• Collaborate with internal teams such as accounting, risk management, tax, and compliance to ensure forms and deal documents incorporate required terms
• Partner with the Company's asset management and development services teams on acquisition and development projects
