Title: Corporate Counsel - Transactions & Commercial
Salary: $190,000 - $200,000
Summary:

The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for:
- Coordinate legal and policy issues to include proposed commercial transactions, new products, and services.
- Manage, draft, and advise on corporate transactions such as acquisitions, licensing agreements, and joint ventures.
- Analyzing and monitoring changes in laws/regulations to ensure the company continued compliance.
Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. and JD; member of the State Bar in MA or similar license to practice in another applicable jurisdiction.
- 5 years' experience of working in a big law firm and corporate setting with significant focus in transactional law.
- Strong ability to manage and multi-task effectively with a variety of projects.
