We are partnered with a late stage and high growth Martech company looking to add a corporate generalist to their rapidly expanding legal team. In this Corporate Counsel position, you will be exposed to several different areas of a law including corporate, commercial, employment, and privacy. This position allows you to join a small, but established legal team and will report directly to the General Counsel.
Corporate Counsel Responsibilities include:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with both customer and suppliers
- Knowledge of data privacy laws
- Assist in matters related to Employment, Intellectual Property, & Corporate
Corporate Counsel Should Have:
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant legal experience at a top law firm or in house within the technology industry
- JD required
- Must be open to working in office in NYC on a hybrid model
