The Contract Manager will be responsible for:
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts; including, confidentiality, consulting and service, and various vendor services.
- Maintain and track life cycle of contracts and associated contract management tasks to help further the goals of the company.
The Contract Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 2+ years focusing on clinical agreements in the Life Sciences space.
- Preferred: LLM, JD, or JD equivalent
