A global digital asset management firm is looking to hire a Compliance Associate to their growing team. The Compliance Associate will support the company's Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor with their specialization in advertising and marketing review.
Requirements :
-3+ years' experience in marketing/advertising material review
-Series 7 required, Series 24 preferred
-Knowledge of Rule 206(4)-1 of Investment Advisors Act, SEC Marketing Rule & FINRA Rule 2210 is desired
