Our client, a leading Private Equity firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Company Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in financial services and a strong background in corporate governance.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all company secretarial matters
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Prepare and maintain company records, including board minutes and resolutions
- Manage the annual general meeting process
- Provide support to the board of directors and other stakeholders
- Ensure timely filing of all necessary documentation with regulatory authorities
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a company secretary or in a related role
- Member of HKCGI/CGI
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and company law
- Experience gained from financial services is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
